I have been training Capoeira with enthusiasm since 2006.

From dancing I came to Arte Nacional Capoeira in Stuttgart with Mestre Dedé and was one of the first students there to help set up the group.

I regularly and happily teach children, teenagers and adults and have held a C level trainer license (fitness and health) since 2010.

During several stays in Brazil, I was able to get to know the culture and language and train with well-known teachers.

Martial arts have played an important role in my life since I was 14, when I started practicing Tae Kwon Do. My first encounter with Capoeira was in 2001 on a trip to Central America before my studies. Back in Germany, I tried a trial class in September 2002, before my first lecture in Aachen, and I was hooked from the start. The joy of life, strength, body control, and rhythm combined in a fascinating way, along with the insight into Afro-Brazilian culture, make Capoeira a fundamental part of my life to this day.

During my studies, I trained in Aachen and Malaga, and from 2008 to 2011, I trained in Düsseldorf with Mestre Porquinho. From 2011 to 2015, I led my own group in Wangen im Allgäu as part of Mestre Porquinho's group, Companhia Pernas Pro Ar. In 2015, my path led me to Stuttgart, and since then, I have been part of Arte Nacional with our teacher Mestre Dede.
