Mestre Nenê is a guest at Arte Nacional Capoeira Stuttgart and Ravensburg

Last weekend we were able to celebrate an extraordinary event at Arte Nacional Capoeira : Mestre Nenê of the group Ginga Brasil , the teacher and master of Mestre Dedé, visited our groups in Stuttgart and Ravensburg and led inspiring Capoeira lessons.

A highlight for Capoeira in Stuttgart and Ravensburg

The capoeira sessions with Mestre Nenê were a truly unique experience. Children, teenagers, and adults had the chance to learn directly from a capoeira master who has shaped the development of this Brazilian art form for decades.

In the capoeira class in Stuttgart, the focus was on flow of movement, joy of playing, and teamwork in the roda. In Ravensburg , the focus was on the connection between music, rhythm, and playing. The training brought together capoeiristas from the region and created an unforgettable energy.

Capoeira: More than movement

Mestre Nenê not only taught techniques and acrobatic elements, but also the philosophy and history of capoeira . He demonstrated how deeply values such as discipline, fun, team spirit, and cultural identity are rooted in this art form.

The participants felt how Capoeira builds bridges – between tradition and modernity, between Brazil and Germany, between different age groups and levels of experience.
